You state that it takes Congress to pass a bill -- not just the President. This is true but the President is the one who choses the Supreme Court justices. It was liberal judges who have ruled on abortion. Not the Congress or the President. Please read "The Politically Incorrect Guide to the Constitution" and you will see how the liberal Supreme Court justices have changed the Constitution to suit their purposes. Obama has promised to appoint more liberal justices to the Supreme Court to uphold their unconstitutional rulings. The "change" this country needs and wants is to get back to the original Constitution and the freedom from government "rule" that it stood for. With Obama, we will get more of the same liberal "rule" that we've had for too many years. Thomas Jefferson wrote "A government that is big enough to give you everything you want -- is big enough to take everything you have" That would include the few Constitutional freedoms we have left. Please think about it before you vote for more government control.

I will agree that George Bush did a good thing when he banned partial birth abortions. I will not agree that Obama is a Muslim, or a Nazi, or a terrorist, or anything else that he has been called. I see a good man, who is trying to bring a much needed change to this country. He is not going to go out and kill babies after the election. After all, it takes Congress to pass an anti-abortion bill, not just a President, or one Senator.

Texas Katie does not use facts very much & has run & hid from my question about Obama's barbaric stand on denying medical treatment to babies who survive abortions.

1) Letting babies die without medical treatment is the position of a monster. THAT is a postion HITLER not only agreed with but did.

2)Denying the secret ballot to union members is nothing less than fascist. A position Obama (7 the whole democrat party) holds. Do you agree unions should no longer have a secret ballot in their elections?

3) "The fairness doctrine" There goes the first amendment. ALL non liberal radio is to be shut down. Sieg Heil!

4) The windfall profits tax (and all taxes) are always favored by any and all forms of totalitarian government. (it won't hurt the oil companies- they'll just pass the increase on to all of the people. That will be very hard on the poor? Do you favor that?

5) You SAY you are pro-life. Are you willing then to say, George Bush did a good thing when he signed the ban on partial birth abortion into law?

Kathie, I think you have a little more to back you up than Katie, BUT, how can you say you are pro-life & Vote for a candidate who is the most pro death politician on record in US history?

And I am sure McCains speeches are different. What is this, Obamas speeches are promises, and McCains are fact? I think not. Every politician will say what they need to say to get elected, but you have to decide which one you can trust more. At this point it is Obama. And by the way, I am not Texas Katie.
