ZODIACAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR TODAY

ARIES (March 21-April 19): Distressing economic news can cause you to have the wrong reaction. You want to spend to get what you want while you can when you should be making smarter choices about saving and considering alternatives for income.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): You have strong ambitions for a better future so today you need to pay attention to the psychological factors holding you back. You may be too confident so that you don't do the basic groundwork, for instance.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): You're liable to get involved in situations requiring more training or background than you have at present. Situations serve to let you know where you need to make improvements.

CANCER (June 21-July 22): Handle your money carefully. You may have the urge to spend excessively or on luxury items. You need to spend more time thinking about saving money, being frugal and making rational investments.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): You are challenged to relate what you do to social expectations and to maintain continuity with the past. You're apt to be careless, exuberant, to think that you're doing too much when you're not doing enough or not in the right way.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): You may have the opportunity to apply certain information at work, where you would least expect to use it. You get a chance to understand the benefits of wide-ranging knowledge as opposed to specialization.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): You are alert to problems, which shows that you know situations can be better. You are unwilling to take steps to correct them because you fear you can make no difference, though you can however small.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): You're liable to be inefficient while still hoping to do what's good. You need to be more disciplined in your actions. Perhaps you need to study how similar things have been done before; study precedents.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): In order to succeed, you may be willing to play loose with the rules. You push the limits unnecessarily and unfairly, where you are expected to know common decency. Your bad example could cause bad consequences for all.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): You tend to be complacent today. You need to be alert for new challenges or for finer mastery over what you know. You don't know it but people are aware of whether you're getting involved or not.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): You must stay grounded in practical measures in order to achieve your goals. You want to improve your life and general circumstances but this requires that you pay attention to details; the cumulative effect creates change.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): Your ability to be effective is stifled today. This may be a blessing in disguise, as it also prevents you from doing something foolish. Stay low-key and enjoy not being noticed.
