ZODIACAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR TODAY

ARIES (March 21-April 19): You are among people who seem to need something from you. Needy friends are a drag on your resources, if not your health. When you help them, put them on the path to self-reliance.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): You show a soft side in situations in which firmness is required, especially at work. Be emotionally gentle, but firm on behavior and performance. Don't exaggerate the importance of small issues.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): You are very kind and put your personal interests on the back burner to help others. You're not feeling like a martyr, but you definitely see others as being in more distress than you.

CANCER (June 21-July 22): You have good intentions but little common sense. Hoping for the best makes you fail to plan for the most effective method. From the initial good sentiment, let thinking take over to make it happen.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): You want to smooth troubled situations now. You want people to get along and you're not past some omissions or white lies to get past momentary problems. Be careful you're not compounding or delaying problems.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): You are driven away from bad circumstances in search of good ones. You need to deal with emotions such as grief and alienation. You should learn to look for the right sort of love in the right places.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): You go to extremes to avoid hurting people's feelings. There may be some who must be handled with kid gloves, but you generally underestimate how tough people are, and how important it is to be direct.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): You are feeling defensive because you sense your plans are easily foiled. This makes you secretive and mysterious. Misdirection is a good tactic for keeping something hidden.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): You are good at keeping secrets, but this should be for protecting the innocent, not the guilty. You should have a strong sense of justice, but beware that this might edge into a thirst for revenge.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): You're prone to believe what feels good. Leaving your comfort zone is difficult and this influences what you think is true. This is OK for making personal choices, but not in understanding external events.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): You are fascinated by someone else over striking features, which may be real or imagined. You're prone to fantasize for the best but you need to keep your feet on the ground and expect imperfections.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): You feel held back by others, and the situation can become tense. You feel as though consideration is lopsided now and you demand what you think is your fair share.
