ZODIACAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR TODAY

ARIES (March 21-April 19): You encounter strong challenges to deep-seated beliefs. You are liable to sharp emotional, even fanatical, responses when you need to look at your beliefs and yourself more objectively and rationally.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): You are concerned with making people interested in what you have to offer. You use charm, wit and cleverness to bring people around and get them to listen. Your engaging approach is very effective now.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): You are in a power struggle now, and you are trying to find the right mix of being assertive when necessary and compliant when possible. You may feel the need to keep secrets to maintain control.

CANCER (June 21-July 22): You are in a situation requiring curiosity and active pursuit of information. You tend to let people come to you, but that won't happen unless you make a vigorous effort to gain sources.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): You are a bit obsessive and indrawn today. You may need to pay better attention to external situations, as the key to your troublesome issues can be found there. Be open to what the world has to teach you.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): This is a good day to write policy briefs, personal goals, explanatory manuals or dissertations. Some set forth or explain directives; others can keep a private journal for goal-setting or reflection.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): You sense inadequacies and incompleteness in prevailing opinions. You see that what's presented as fact is actually a conclusion, belief, or misrepresentation. You want harder, deeper evidence.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): You feel as though you have to have all the answers and this can cause problems with friends. Let people figure out their own problems and get involved if asked or if you have a solution that is escaping them.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): You pose a mystery to people. Even close partners discover there is something more to you than they knew, and perhaps more than they can comprehend. You're challenged to present a good mystery.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): You need to be persuasive today. Procedures need tweaking and refining. You are trying to find the right mix of broad theory and specific details so you are engaging without being vague or pedantic.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): You encounter a brief downturn of events. Your natural tendency is to withdraw, but you would benefit from being fully engaged with the difficulty. Fight for your side and turn events toward your favor.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): You are striving to find strategies for making relationships work. You can't let feelings and connections develop naturally: there must be a plan. It can work as long as you seek change only yourself.
