Celebrity Travel: Go Away With J.T. Snow

By Jae-Ha Kim, Tribune Content Agency on

A. Any great steakhouse, from a Ruth’s Chris to a popular local spot and Italian food.

Q. What is your guilty pleasure when you're on the road?

A. One of my guilty pleasures on the road is definitely eating too much. That's why it's always good to do a lot of outdoor activities while traveling.

Q. What kind of research do you do before you go away on a trip?

A. I do a lot of reading about hotels and the local activities, as well as studying maps before I go on a trip, so I know all the good places to visit.

Q. What is your best and/or worst vacation memory?

A. My best memory was going to Hawaii as a kid with my family and learning to surf. As an adult, my favorite memory was playing golf in Scotland and Ireland, as well as learning to snow ski in Lake Tahoe. The best part is always spending time with people I'm traveling with. My worst travel memory was when the airline lost my golf clubs when I was coming back from Scotland.
