EatingWell: This isn't your everyday chopped salad

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

1 tablespoon minced shallot

2 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

 

For the salad:

1 pound raw shrimp (21 to 25 per pound), peeled and deveined

2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons finely grated lime zest
