Seriously Simple: Cinco de Mayo seafood brochettes

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1/4 cup tequila

2 medium garlic cloves, minced

2 medium shallots, finely chopped

2 teaspoons cumin

 

1/2 teaspoon chipotle Tabasco sauce

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/3 cup olive oil
