2 tablespoons finely chopped cornichons
1/2 cup finely chopped European cucumber
1 to 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh tarragon
1 to 2 teaspoons green peppercorns, rinsed, drained and crushed
1/2 ripe medium avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Dressing:
2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grainy mustard
