SERIOUSLY SIMPLE: Season's fruit bounty comes together in Summer Stone Fruit Cobbler

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Cobbler Dough:

1/2 cup ground almonds (almond meal)

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

6 tablespoons sugar, plus 1 tablespoon

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

 

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cut into 1/4-inch pieces

3/4 cup buttermilk
