Not-so-sneaky seagull struts into cafe, steals bag of potato chips

WASHINGTON (UPI) -- A brazen seagull was caught on camera walking casually into a cafe, grabbing a bag of potato chips with its beak and strutting out without paying.
The video, uploaded to YouTube Friday, shows the gull walk in through the cafe's open door and peck at a display of small potato chip bags.
The seagull makes its selection and carries the chips out the same way that it came inside the shop.
A man watching the incident chuckles at the bird but makes no move to stop the feathered felon from getting away with its snack.
The location of the incident was unclear from the video.
