Using just the right ingredients keeps these cookies crisp
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
1 large egg yolk
2 teaspoons whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup (3 ounces) mini semisweet chocolate chips
Vegetable oil spray
