Boy, wouldn’t you just love to mate Black with 1.Qe7? Or just win the Black queen? Think about it.


Solution:

1.Re5 Qxe5 [1...Bxe5 2.Qe7#; Castling out of the mate threats allows White to win material and once the queen gets back in the game on move 7, it will be over pretty quickly. The bishop and knight for Black are pretty useless and the White queen and bishop will soon dominate the board.1...0–0 2.Rxd5 exd5 3.Qxa8 Rxf2+ 4.Kc1 a6 5.Qb7 Kh7 6.Qc8] 2.Bxg6+ Kf8 3.Qf7#
