Officer peels bag of pot from man's head

LEBANON, Pa. (UPI) -- A Lebanon, Pa., man was arrested on drug charges after a police officer peeled a plastic bag of marijuana from his forehead, officials said.

Cesar Lopez, 29, walked away from the washroom in a Lebanon convenience store last weekend, intently examining the band of his cap, which he held in his hand, the Lebanon Daily News reported Sunday.

As he neared the officer, Lopez looked up. Police said the officer took the bag, which was stuck to Lopez's forehead, and asked, "Is this what you're looking for?"

Lopez faces charges of possession of a small quantity of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
