There are plenty of people out there carrying all sorts of diseases, many sexually transmitted, and he wants to tatoo ONLY the Gays? How about promiscuous people? How about I.V. drug users? If they want to tattoo anyone it's paedophiles and heroin addicts, these perverts represent a much greater danger to society than do gays who really don't need any identifying because they are already recognisable for what they are.
