Milk and butter

It is totally not true. Even most of us use liters and kilograms.
First butter is made from cream, not from milk.
Unless author’s milk contain circa 20% of fat?

KISS stands for Keep It Simple, Stupid. The information you provided about pounds of milk to make pounds of butter is a bit beyond most folks comprehension. Most of us use milk by the gallon and have no idea how much it weighs. Leaving the last two zeros off each number would have made it a bit more understandable but not much. Why didn't you just do the math for us.
