Will coffee sober you up?

According to the National Safety Council, coffee is not successful at sobering up a drunk person, and in many cases it may actually increase the adverse effects of alcohol.

Coffee may not sober up a person under the influence of alcohol, but I found out that sardines have the capability of doing a good job of it. I think it is one of the B vitamins in sardines that has that effect.
