Appetizer: Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 cans Tyson's chunk chicken (12 oz. size)
3/4 cup Tabasco sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
2 8-oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Drain chicken and simmer in skillet with Tabasco sauce. Add ranch dressing and cheeses to mix and stir until thoroughly melted. Transfer to a crock pot and keep on low or warm. Serve with crackers.
The Skinny: Use light ranch dressing and cheeses.
