1 fresh pineapple
Vanilla extract
One quarter cup brown
sugar
One half tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Peel pineapple and remove core. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces and
sprinkle a small amount of vanilla on each piece of pineapple. Combine
brown sugar, ginger and cinnamon and sprinkle on pineapple. Grill for
5 minutes per side and serve warm with vanilla ice cream or frozen
yogurt.
The Skinny: Use your favorite sugar substitute and fat free frozen
yogurt.
