In keeping with past tradition, we provide you with some variety for planning the Thanksgiving dinner. Rather than list one set menu, we feature a number of possible recipes to pick and choose from.
We did not include a "recipe" for the turkey because the roasting instructions are usually included on the wrapper for the bird. One addition to the traditional seasoned roast turkey is to place strips of bacon on the surface of the turkey before roasting. The bacon gives the skin a faint smoky flavor and also keeps the skin moist during the roasting process. Each of these recipes is intended to serve about 6 to 8 people.
