Sugar-Free Cranberry Salad

2 small packages sugar-free black cherry Jell-O
1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
2 (10 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained (save for another recipe) and rinsed.
1/4 cup Splenda

Rinse cranberries and process until coarsely chopped. Sprinkle with Splenda and stir in the oranges gently. Make the jello according to package directions and pour over the fruit mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight for best results. Delicious!
