Try reviewing your own strengths (as well as your spouse/relatives/friends) for creative ways to introduce your children to various arts and activities. Teach them as much as you can about your own specialty. As they show aptitude in certain areas, then you may need to arrange for further levels of instruction. Children blossom when they receive 1:1 attention from their parents.
