cabernet does not mean alcohol necessarily. Ther's also a cabernet sauce that is quite popular in france, it is served over fish, squid and lobster it is semi sweet and looks like a white sauce, I'm sure the cartoon means sauce as it says tuna also.

So...I'm to assume that the excesses of the wealthy have spread down to the kids. No milk in the lunch box, instead a container of wine. How wonderful to create cartoons about kids usng alcohol - reallly humorous (NOT!)
