I wish there was something that could be done to stop all that are young, old, college, non college, so on and so forth from drinking and driving. My stupid husband that I am thankfully seperated from thinks it is ok to drink and drive and I get totally irritated when he tries to tell me about disciplining kids and what is legal and not legal, yet thinks nothing of drinking and driving. I wish they had a cop posted at every store so they could get busted.
