Recently my husband and I decided to give our son and his soon to be new bride airline tickets to/from their honeymoon destination-St. Croix. Not only did Delta tell us incorrectly they couldn't board without passports (it IS an US territory and passports are NOT required) THEY booked their flight one day AFTER their connecting flight...and then did NOT send a confirmation for over one week and then wanted us to pay for changes--I used "Delta Miles" to pay for the trip and they wanted CASH to make changes...which I refused and as a result I spent over 3 hours on one phone call to get the changes made--and swore Delta would never want us on another flight because we would get revenge...since then we have calmed down...but learn this lesson: AIRLINES ARE NEVER WRONG!!!--at least that's what they say!
