lowe's does not always honor their price match plus 10% policy. there seems to be confusion on their managements/cashiers. i recently purchased an item from a "competitor's ad & Lowe's told me that the price match plus 10% did not apply because it was "not an everyday price". it was the exact same item on sale. after arguing i got the price match, but not the 10%, & was told by management that they did not even have to give me the price match?!? so, for $1.49 lowe's has lost my business. i can get the same items at the competitor's without an arguement.

You neglected to mention in your story that you are directed to a site where in ebay style you must bid on and PAY for these coupons! Most stores have a policy of not honoring certain types of coupons such as mass produced ones. I have to wonder if they would honor these and if they were legitimately obtained how can we see if there is any expiration date on them?
