The game Kotzem-Polzer reached this position and Black continued with 1...Bc5 2.Rxf2 Nb4 3.Qxc4 Qxa2+ 4.Qxa2 Nc2 mate. One other variation is 3.Qb3 Qxa2+ 4.Qxa2 Nc2# These are the main possibilities, but the key takeaway, other than the smothered mate is the vacating of the square b4 by the bishop to give the knight the outpost.
