Solution:
Although the rook is needed for obvious reasons, the key move is with the king. If White tries 2.Rc1 Bf1 3.Rc7 h1=Q 4.Rh7, there is 4…Bc4+ saving the queen. With the following king move, however, White can draw: 1.Ra1 Kg2 2.Kh8 Bf1 3.Ra7 h1=Q+ 4.Rh7 Qg1 5.Rg7+
