Michigan man wins second lottery jackpot in two years

(UPI) A Detroit-area man won his second lottery jackpot since the beginning of 2016.
The Westland man, who remained anonymous in a news release on a Michigan Lottery website, won just more than $200,000 on Tuesday while splitting a jackpot for the Fantasy 5 -- a game he also played in January 2016 to win $125,000.
"When I won the first Fantasy 5 jackpot in January 2016, I didn't think I could get any luckier," he said. After I won that jackpot, I started playing a few new sets of numbers and I hadn't really won much, but I stuck it out and I sure am glad I did.
The player, who bought his recent winning ticket at an area convenience store, said he couldn't sleep after winning the jackpot for a second time.
"I haven't slept much at all because I keep thinking about how blessed I am to have won again," he said.
He plans on spending his winnings on a new home and a vacation.
