LAS VEGAS — The Vegas Golden Knights suffered their worst home loss in franchise history in a 6-0 defeat to the Utah Hockey Club at T-Mobile Arena on Saturday.

Goaltender Ilya Samsonov allowed all six goals on 28 shots, and Utah goaltender Jaxson Stauber made 29 saves for his first shutout in his first NHL start since Feb. 22, 2023.

The Knights (15-7-3), playing the second night of a back-to-back after winning 4-3 against Winnipeg on Friday, had never lost a regular-season game at home by six goals. It’s the 10th time they’ve given up at least six at home.
