DETROIT -- Stan Van Gundy tried his best to warn his team against taking the Atlanta Hawks lightly.

The Detroit Pistons seemed to do just that, but it was Reggie Jackson to the rescue.

The Pistons nearly lost a 19-point lead, but two Jackson triples in the last minute spurred a 111-104 victory at Little Caesars Arena.

The Pistons (9-3) move to a perfect 4-0 on the five-game homestand for the team that has surprised the NBA with its hot start.

Jackson finished with 22 points and six assists.

His top-of-the-key 3-pointer with 51.2 seconds left snapped a 100-100 tie. And his 28-footer with 21.3 seconds left gave the Pistons a 107-100 lead to energize the home crowd.

The Hawks (2-10) are one the league's lightweights, but had played well in their past two games -- a victory at Cleveland and tough home loss to Boston.

Andre Drummond had 16 points, six assists and 21 rebounds, his second straight game of at least 20 boards.

Avery Bradley added 20 points for the Pistons.

Kent Bazemore led the Hawks with 22 points.
