If there were such a thing as an Appliance Graveyard, mine would have plenty of headstones. I have gotten rid of quite a few appliances that used to take up lots of space in my cupboards.

Good news is I didn’t bury those appliances in my back yard like some kind of pet cemetery. I gave them away or donated them.

Shrimp Stuffed Avocado

This is a ZReboot recipe. Great on a hot day or evening. Lite dinner with family or guests. Can be served totally cold if that’s more convenient. Just be sure to cut the avocados within a half-hour of serving so they don’t turn brown. The other mixture can be made ahead if you’d like.

Servings: This can also be made with just about any fish or seafood that you cook ahead. Scallops, halibut, sole and more.
