Her name was Gloria. My first and only hurricane experience.

Here’s how Wikipedia describes Hurricane Gloria.

Hurricane Gloria was the first significant system to strike the northeastern United States since Hurricane Agnes in 1972 and the first major storm to affect New York and Long Island directly since Hurricane Donna in 1960. Low Carb Mojito

This is a ZReboot recipe. Your recipe today is a low carb, tropical cocktail. The traditional mojito uses syrup for sweetening, but if you use a combination of lemon and lime soda sparkling water (La Croix is a good one) you can get the fizz and the flavor without the carbs. You can serve this in a hurricane glass and feel all tropical.

Servings: Serves 1

Ingredients:

One jigger of white rum (1.5 oz)
Juice from a lime
A splash of sparking water (lime works best)
Ice
Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Mix one jigger (1.5 ounces) of white rum with the juice of one fresh lime juice in a glass. Put in your ice cubes. Top it off with a combination of the lemon and lime sparkling water and garnish with muddled mint leaves.

Enjoy!
Cheers,
Zola
