Mango-Date Energy Bites

2 cups pitted whole dates
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup dried mango or other dried fruit
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Process dates, cashews, mango (or other fruit) and salt in a food processor until finely chopped. Form into about 20 balls, using 2 tablespoons each.
Tasty tip
Store airtight at room temperature or refrigerate for up to one week.
