Seriously Simple: Vertical roast chicken is my go-to Friday night dinner

2 cups kosher salt

1 tablespoon onion powder

2 tablespoons paprika

3 tablespoons good quality chile powder

2 tablespoons ground white pepper

2 tablespoons celery seed

1 tablespoon ground ginger

 

1 tablespoon poultry seasoning

1 tablespoon dry mustard

1 tablespoon dried dill weed

1. Combine the ingredients in a large measuring cup and mix until it is completely blended. Use a spatula to move the ingredients around.

2. Place in an airtight container or in smaller containers with shakers on the top. Use as an all-purpose seasoning agent.
