Rated R for strong bloody violence, language throughout and some sexual references.

What it’s about: Ghostface is back in Woodsboro in this fifth installment in the franchise, or "requel."

The kid attractor factor: Teens will be drawn to the genre and young cast.

Good lessons/bad lessons: Always remember the rules of the slasher if you hope to stay alive; it's better to stay and fight than to run.

Violence: Strong bloody violence including stabbing and shooting. Very bloody and gory.

Language: Frequent swearing and strong language.

Sex: Frank discussions of sex and sexuality, teens making out.

Drugs: Teenage drinking

Parents’ advisory: Very violent and bloody. This is for mature teens only.
