'SHANG-CHI AND THE LEGEND OF THE TEN RINGS'

Rated PG-13 for sequences of violence and action, and language.

What it’s about: The latest Marvel movie features the first Asian superhero, who faces his past and reckons with his family while coming into his own powers.

The kid attractor factor: Kids and teens will be drawn to the superhero story and comic book action-adventure.

Good lessons/bad lessons: You can't run away from your past, it'll only help you find your future.

Violence: Sequences of fighting, martial arts, bus chases, destruction and peril (no gore).

Language: Some swearing/strong language (minor).

Sex: None

Drugs: None

Parents’ advisory: A fun family action adventure superhero movie, but too violent for the littlest kids.
