MARINATED SHRIMP SALAD

Yield: 4 servings

3 scallions, white part only, trimmed, peeled and cut into thin slices

3 tablespoons capers, drained

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons coarse sea salt
