(UPI) Central Market in Austin, Texas, broke a Guinness World Record by assembling a charcuterie board topped with over 1,032 pounds of meats, cheeses and other qualifying ingredients.
The world's largest charcuterie board was assembled to celebrate Central Market's 30th anniversary.
The previous record was set by Florida snack delivery service Boarderie, which was topped with 769 pounds of qualifying ingredients.
"It was all Cheesemongers on deck at the original Central Market on North Lamar in Austin as we cut, sliced, and arranged a cheese and charcuterie board of epic proportions," Central Market said on Facebook.
