Driver swerves when mountain lion jumps into road

(UPI) A California driver who swerved off the road when a mountain lion jumped in front of her car recorded video of the big cat crossing the street.
Kacey McLeod said she was on Road 426, near Cedar Drive in Oakhurst, when the cougar jumped out in front of her car.
McLeod said the surprise caused her to swerve off the road, but she was not injured and was able to get her cellphone out.
She recorded video of the mountain lion strutting across the now-empty road.
