Judge orders 30-year-old to move out of his parents' house

(UPI) A New York judge ruled a 30-year-old man must leave his parents home after they spent months trying unsuccessfully to get him to move out.
New York State Supreme Court Judge Donald Greenwood ruled Tuesday that Michael Rotondo must leave the Camillus home of his parents, Christina and Mark Rotondo.
The judge heard Rotondo's parents started serving him written eviction notices Feb. 2, and in a series of notes that followed they even offered him assistance including help finding an apartment, assistance with a car issue and $1,100 to help with the cost of moving and living expenses.
The parents told the court that Rotondo has refused to move out of their house or get a job.
Rotondo said in court that he was frustrated with the judge, who he accused of not reading the entire case.
He told reporters outside the court that it sounded like the judge was ordering him to move out without enough notice.
"It seems to me like I should be provided with, you know, 30 days or so, because generally you get 30 days after you're found, you know, to have to vacate the premises," WSTM-TV quoted Rotondo as saying. So I'm expecting something like that. But realistically, if that's not the case, I don't know.
Rotondo said he plans to appeal the decision.
