Man records coworkers off-balance forklift fail

(UPI) A worker filmed his coworker unintentionally demonstrating forklift safety risks when a heavy load caused the vehicle to tip over.
Robert Johnson filmed his coworker, Felipe, attempting to lift a large object with a forklift to deposit it in a work site dumpster.
The weight of the object momentarily causes the forklift's lifting power to stall, but Felipe is able to get it running again and lifts the object even higher.
The lifting causes a dramatic shift in the weight balance between the forklift and its load, causing the forklift to tip forward and drop the object on the other side of the dumpster.
Johnson said no one was injured in the incident.
