Trailer full of 20,000 pounds of cheese stolen in Wisconsin

OAK CREEK, Wis. (UPI) -- Wisconsin police are investigating the theft of a semi-trailer full of cheese, the latest in a string of cheese thefts in the Dairy State.
Police are actively searching for the semi-trailer containing 20,000 pounds of cheese, which was stolen from a parking lot in Milwaukee County on Thursday.
The driver told police that he dropped the trailer off in the lot at 2 a.m. and that he returned to find it gone.
No value was given for the amount of cheese stolen, but police were continuing to investigate the theft.
A similar theft occurred in Wisconsin in January, when a semi-trailer containing $70,000 worth of cheese was stolen and emptied out.
