Our attacking theme this week has a nice twist on the idea.


Bronstein-Boleslavsky, 1950, went 1.Nd7 Re8 [1...Qxd7 2.Bxf7+] 2.Bxf7+ Kxf7 3.Qd5+ Kg6 4.g4 Bg5 5.Qf5+ Kh6 6.h4 Black Resigned as after 6...g6 7.Bxg5+ Kg7 8.Bf6+ Kf7 9.Qd5+ Re6 10.Bxd8 Nxd8 11.Qd4 White is a queen for a bishop up.
