1.c7 Rc1 2.d6 exd6 3.Rh1 Rxc7 [3...Rc5 4.Rd1+ Kc4 5.Rc1+ Kb5 6.Rxc5+ bxc5 7.c8=Q] 4.Rd1+ Kc5 5.Rc1+ Kb4 6.Rxc7 a4 7.Ke4 a3 8.f4 a2 9.Ra7 and the White pawn will queen after White sacs the rook for the a-pawn.
