Here’s a cute mating attack won by Winawer many years ago.


Solution:

The old rook and bishop team does the job here with a nice self-sacrificing assist from the queen: 1.Bh6+ Kg8 2.Re8+ [ or the other way around with: 2.Qg5+ Qxg5 3.Re8+ Bf8 4.Rxf8#] 2...Qxe8 [2...Bf8 3.Qg5+ Qxg5 4.Rxf8#] 3.Qg5#
