This is a great example of the power of long range pieces. Use them well!


Solution:

The rook, bishop and queen all play a role in this really long range attack. The value of a discovered check is also worth noting. 1.Rxh6+ gxh6 2.d5+ Kg8 [Of no particular use are 2...Ne5; 2...Qd4; 2...Nf6] 3.d6+ Kf8 4.Qh8#
