There is the pedestrian 1.Rg2 Bxh6 2.Rh2 dxe3 3.Qg7# with another possibility: 1.Rg2 Qc4 2.Qg8+ Kxh6 3.Qh8# Kudos if you as well saw the more spectacular 1.Qg7+ Bxg7 2.hxg7+ Kg8 3.Rh8#
