Well, I kind of wonder, as this is way out out my foods. For my wife and I, fruits would be the highest, followed by vegetables, fish, chicken and last red meats. I think this has something to do in keeping fit and healthy. As we live in Brazil, when we go back to our home in Missouri, we suffer with the little offering. BTW, potatoes? do not eat them out, and at home if we eat 10 pounds a year that is a lot.

No wonder why each year I put on more and more pounds! Good Lord, that is more food than some people in other countries eat in a lifetime! But when you divide it up into 365x3 meals a day, I can make it sound a little better. I really have to cut back...
