Corriveau moved west after graduation from college and spent an entire summer developing his skills as a comedy writer.
Within a month, he was receiving calls from The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Late Show and Saturday Night Live.
His big break came when he was hired as head writer of the Emmy-winning cable comedy show, Talk Soup.
Corriveau honed his absurdist humor and social commentary skills on Talk Soup and as a long-time contributor to Saturday Night Live’s “Weekend Update.” It was after he took a long look at his life and decided to do what really made him happy. Corriveau crafted a strip based on his love of Peanuts by Charles Schulz and the iconic television sitcom, All in the Family. The result was DeFlocked.
