John Hambrock

John Hambrock's career as an artist began early in life, receiving numerous awards for his art and being named "most artistic male" in his graduating class. He was hired by the design agency James Courtenay James Inc. shortly after finishing courses at Indiana University and Ringing School of Art and Design. Prior to this, while still in college, he won first place in the prestigious Philip Morris National Marketing Competition.

In 1986, Hambrock began work with the Hirsch Design Group, and started his own agency ten years later. Since then, he has achieved success both as an ad and print designer and as a cartoonist.
